Please note that orders that need to be ordered specifically from suppliers as they are no longer in stock cannot be returned for exchange or refund. They are sold in final sales. You will be notified if this is the case before ordering them specifically.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

For online purchases, you can return your purchases by mail and at your own expense or in store within 14 days. Any damaged goods will be refused. We carefully analyze all products before shipping them. Some micro scratches are considered normal on some hand-made products, as the product is polished and cannot be returned as defective or damaged. All models that we consider abnormal are returned as soon as they are received and this rarely happens because we do business with suppliers that meet rigorous quality standards.

You can receive a full refund within 14 days of the shipping date or a merchandise credit within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

As we take extra precautions to ensure the safety of our employees, it may take us a little longer than usual (10-14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

EXCHANGES


Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer online exchanges.

Balance items with a discount of less than 50% (inclusively) cannot be returned for any credit. Sorry, no refund on original payment method for discounted items.

Items on sale with a 50% discount or more are final sales.

EXCHANGES

GIfT CARDS


Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased with a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit on a gift card.

How to mail back an online return

Note that a 20$ return fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund for an exchange. For the refund, it is at the customer’s expense and he must make sure to pay the loss protection fees as we are not responsible for the lost of the packages.

1. Contact the property.
2. Prepare the product and make sure everything is in the package, case and wipe in an equally impeccable condition.
3. Return the product
4. Make sure you have your package stamped and sent within 30 days of your shipping confirmation and electronic receipt email must be available.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 7-10 business days. As soon as your return is completed, we will send you an e-mail and inform you.

If you are returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one box and use a single return label (even if they arrived in separate shipments or boxes).

BOX DELIVERIES


If your purchase was shipped to a PO box in Canada, please drop off your return at Canada Post.

ORDER CANCELLATION


Check your order and make sure you are really interested before pressing the control button. If you change your mind, we will do our best to help you. You have up to 30 minutes from the time you click “Submit Order” to cancel the order by calling us at 514-560-9663.
